It offers a choice of thick or thin beef tongue, served with barley rice, tororo, tail soup, and pickled side dishes. The restaurant uses the basement and second floors, with the basement reached by stairs, and barley rice can be refilled. Seating is limited, and the grilled meat cools quickly, leaving a strong greasy feel.
