Nadai Unatoto Ueno Ten is an eel restaurant near Ueno Station that serves freshwater eel rice bowls and skewers. On a weekday at 11 a.m., entry was immediate, while on a Saturday around noon the wait was about 10 minutes; there are second-floor seats and luggage storage. The hall is narrow and eel-grilling smoke does not vent well, so clothes can pick up a smoky smell.
