Kacchan

Katchan is a tavern under the elevated tracks near Ueno Station that serves fried food and oden. Its signature senbero set comes with either a fried assortment or oden plus four dice used to trade for a drink. The set is used for 60 minutes and ordered with cash prepayment, and the fried food is cooked fresh right after ordering. The first floor has standing-only seating, so staying long is difficult.
