Inshotei

Inshotei serves traditional kaiseki near Ueno Park in Tokyo. The course includes chawanmushi and rice, brought out in sequence with an explanation for each dish. Reservations for a set number of people and a chosen menu are made in advance through the official website or TableCheck. At lunch the wait is long, so entering without a reservation is difficult.
