Hamasoba

Hamasoba is an abura soba shop a one-minute walk from Exit 2 of Yushima Station in Tokyo. The basic Hamasoba and spicy Hamasoba come with soy-based sauce, chicken teriyaki, scallions, menma, seaweed, and mizuna. Diners mix the noodles and toppings first, then add vinegar and rayu to change the flavor. The Special W has 350g of noodles with a hot spring egg, scallions, and sesame, and the shop has only five counter seats.
