Bairan Ueno Shop

Bairan Ueno Shop is on the third floor of Uenomori Sakura Terrace near Ueno Station, serving Chinese food and mairan yakisoba. The mairan yakisoba is made by grilling the surface of the noodles until crisp, then breaking into the warm meat and vegetable filling inside. The lunch set includes mairan yakisoba, a thick crab soup, and shumai, and the portions are large. The seasoning on the food is generally strong.
