Bongchu Banjeom

Bongchu Banjeom is a Chinese restaurant in an alley in the residential area of Udo, Jeju, serving jjajangmyeon, jjamppong and tangsuyuk. The tray jjajang is made one serving at a time rather than two, since the noodles soften quickly. The jjamppong uses a mild vegetable broth with bean sprouts, and the tangsuyuk has a chewy texture with plenty of meat. The jjamppong and jjajang contain no Jeju seafood.
