Padossori Haenyeo Chon

Padoseori Haenyeo Chon is a restaurant on the Udo coastal road in Jeju, selling bomal and seafood kalguksu and seafood hoe. Its bomal turban shell kalguksu uses brown noodles made with huit, and after the noodles are finished, fried rice is added to the broth. The broth of the bomal and seafood kalguksu is nutty and spicy, and the noodles are chewy. The portion of kalguksu is small.
