Banshoin is a small temple in Izuhara on Tsushima where the graves of the island's successive lords and their families are gathered. Behind the entrance, a stone stairway runs up through dense hinoki cypress and cedar trees. The temple opens at 8 a.m. When it rains, the long stone stairs become slippery, so the climb is not recommended for people with difficulty walking.
