YAKINIKU TORAJI

YAKINIKU TORAJI is a charcoal yakiniku restaurant a four-minute walk from the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. The standard course includes beef tongue, pork toro, shrimp, wagyu galbi, shimahara, and akashin roast, all grilled over charcoal. Arriving around 5 PM without a reservation meant walking in without waiting, and the restaurant has a wide counter and box-style tables in the back. For dolsot bibimbap, staff mix it at the table and make the scorched rice.
