Sansetsu

Sansetsu is a set-meal restaurant in Minamiōtsuka, Tokyo, serving tonkatsu and thick ginger pork. It sits a 2-to-5-minute walk from Ōtsuka Station. The ginger pork is grilled to order from the thick loin cut used for tonkatsu and served with a pile of cabbage. The family-run shop has counter seats, table seats, and a tatami room in the back, and the ginger pork tends to sell out before lunch unless you arrive early.
