Natural Wine BASE -Kotobuki- Ikebukuro is an Italian restaurant and natural wine bar on the fifth floor of a building a one- to two-minute walk from the west exit of Ikebukuro Station. You can choose a glass of wine to match your food or order a bottle, along with dishes such as burrata cheese, fermented butter, and mentaiko spaghetti. A wine cellar on the wall holds 100 to 120 bottles at all times, and you can pick one yourself or have staff choose a bottle to suit your taste and your food. There is an indoor smoking room, and smoking is also permitted inside the venue.
