Kura Sushi

Kura Sushi is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant located a short distance from central Ikebukuro in Tokyo. Orders are placed on a tablet, and udon can be ordered along with the sushi. With a reservation, the wait is about 10 to 15 minutes, but without one it runs 40 to 50 minutes or more, and customers take a numbered ticket before entering. The sushi is less refined than what specialty shops serve.
