Kabuto

Kabuto is a freshwater eel restaurant in Ikebukuro, Tokyo, serving eel from head to tail. The meal is a single omakase course that brings eel skewers, shirayaki, and seasoned grilled eel in sequence. Reservations are taken on OMAKASE on the first Thursday of even-numbered months, for visits two months later. Seats fill quickly once booking opens, so the visit date has to be set in advance.
