Simgane Haemul Jjamppong is a Chinese restaurant in Tongyeong that serves haemul jjamppong, white jjamppong, and tangsuyuk. The haemul jjamppong comes in three spice levels, from mild level 1 to level 2, which is spicier than Shin Ramyun, and level 3, which is considerably hot. The noodles are chewy, and the tangsuyuk has a thin batter over thick pieces of meat. On weekends and at lunch, there is a 30- to 40-minute wait.
