Wonjo Sirakguk is an old restaurant in Tongyeong's Seoho Market that serves sirakguk boiled with eel bone broth. The soup is made with dried radish greens and topped with chives, seaweed flakes, and chopped chili, and diners take as much of the side dishes in front of them as they want. Soup and rice arrive at the table as soon as you sit down, without ordering, in portions matching the number of people. Refills of broth and rice are available on request, and the side dishes are on the salty side.
