Chungcheong Hoechojang (Yokji Godeungeo Hoe)

Chungcheong Hoe Chojang is a seafood restaurant in Tongyeong, across from the Woori Bank Tongyeong branch in the TWORLD alley outside Jungang Market. It serves charcoal-grilled fish and hoe (raw fish) set meals. The mackerel hoe set includes mackerel hoe, myeolchi hoe muchim, sea squirt bibimbap, charcoal-grilled mackerel, and maeuntang. The grilled mackerel is cooked over a charcoal fire and served whole, from head to tail, and on holidays one person handles both the kitchen and the floor, so waits and serving take a long time.
