Yi Sun-sin Park is a seaside park near Tongyeong Central Market that looks out over the water in front of Hansando. A 17.3-meter bronze statue of the general stands at the entrance, and a forest path and a deck path leading down to the sea continue from there. Admission is free, and the park has a large parking lot, benches, and restrooms. In summer there is no shade, so it is hard to escape the heat.
