Tongyeong Sebyeonggwan is a historic site in Tongyeong and the central building of the Joseon-era Samdo Sugun Tongjeyeong. Designated National Treasure No. 305, it is Korea’s largest single-story wooden building. Visitors remove their shoes indoors and can sit on the wooden floor. The building has few walls for good airflow, but its high stone steps and tiered stairways make access difficult for strollers.
