Tongyeong Cable Car

The Tongyeong Cable Car is a mountain cable car that climbs Mireuksan, running from downtown Tongyeong to the upper station on the mountain. The ride takes about 9 to 10 minutes, looking down over the sea of Hallyeosudo and its scattered islands. From the upper station, a hiking course to the summit of Mireuksan takes 10 to 15 minutes, about 30 minutes round trip, and there is also a skywalk observatory. During Seongsu, boarding is difficult without buying a ticket early in the morning.
