Seoporu is a historical site at the top of Seopirang Park in Tongyeong. Built in 1694 by naval commander Mok Rim-gi as a defense facility of the Samdo Sugun Tongjeyeong during the Joseon dynasty, it overlooks downtown Tongyeong, Ganggu-an, and the sea. At night, soft lighting wraps Seoporu. The uphill path is steep and takes effort to climb.
