The Mireuksan Observatory in Tongyeong is a cable car lookout that faces the sea. It has a glass-floored deck for taking photos and a snack bar on the mountain. Cable cars hold up to eight people but usually carry six, and the rooftop observatory has a limited view because of the building's structure. Fares rise every year.
