Ushikou Honten is a beef restaurant near Kayabacho Station in Tokyo. Its signature Shabu Q grills kuroge wagyu in the centre of a hot plate and collects the meat juices in kimchi broth around the edge. At lunch, no reservation is needed, and you choose either Steak Ojung or beef suki before removing your shoes to enter. The meat is fatty, so eating too much can feel greasy and upset your stomach.
