Sushi Hakugin

Sushi Hakugin is a sushi restaurant in Roppongi, a one- to two-minute walk from Roppongi Station, serving a course paired with Japanese sake. The course runs about 20 items, including seasonal appetizers, raw fish, sushi, and steamed and grilled dishes, with steamed abalone triple ring as a signature item. At the counter, diners watch the chef form sushi and hear explanations of the food and sake pairing in English, and the meal takes two and a half to three hours. The entrance is hard to spot, and the cleanliness of the restaurant and glasses falls short.
