Sushi-dokoro Shigeru

Sushi Dokoro Shigeru is a sushi restaurant in a alley about a 4-5 minute walk from Akebonobashi Station in Tokyo, serving sushi and omakase courses. The omakase format moves through hoe, dried fish, a small rice bowl, and steamed and vinegared tachiuo sushi rice. The restaurant has 7 counter seats and is run by one chef, who takes guests in two-hour slots and seats only one or two groups per hour. Reservations are not available online and can only be made by phone in Japanese, so preparation is needed before visiting.
