Momiji is a sushi restaurant set slightly away from the busy streets of Ikebukuro in Tokyo. Its lunch seafood chirashi set places bluefin tuna, kochi, scallop, sakura masu, and kohada over rice, with sea urchin and salmon roe served on a separate plate. Both lunch and dinner run by reservation, and the head chef forms the sushi at the counter while adding explanations. Walk-ins without a reservation cannot get in.
