Gyoku

Gyoku is a chuka soba and tsukemen shop located between Shinjuku Station and Yoyogi Station. It serves house-made flat noodles in a fish and pork bone broth with a strong katsuobushi aroma. Orders are placed at a ticket vending machine at the entrance, and after the meal you choose one of three soup additions: katsuobushi, anchovy, or yuzu. The fixed single-person chairs are uncomfortable to sit on.
