波 WAVE 鷹嘴豆泥屋 Hummus House

Bo WAVE Hummus House is a Middle Eastern restaurant in an alley in Taipei's Xinyi District, serving Israeli-style hummus, pita bread, and falafel. The hummus is served smooth with tahini and olive oil, eaten with spiced minced beef or lamb, chicken, or grilled vegetables. A hummus main comes with a cucumber and tomato salad, and shakshuka cooked on a griddle is eaten by dipping bread into it. Tables for two are small.
