Mid-February Soba

Mid-February Soba is a specialty shop near Zhongshan Station in Taipei that serves dipping soba, cold soba, and hot broth soba. Meals come with shrimp tempura, vegetable tempura, and rolled omelette, and soba water is served after the meal. The buckwheat noodles are chewy and nutty without sweetness. On weekends, customers arrive right at opening and a wait forms.
