Men Biyori

Men Biyori is a small restaurant in an alley of Zhongshan District in Taipei, behind the Regent Taipei, specializing in Japanese-style Italian pasta. It serves mentaiko pasta and soy butter pasta, along with a Neapolitan mixed with mayonnaise or cream in tomato sauce, and the standard noodle portion is 125g. The system requires writing your name on a waiting list at the entrance, ordering, and then waiting once more, which takes about 20 to 30 minutes on weekday evenings. The noodles are cooked to a firm texture.
