Kitcho

Kitcho is an omakase sushi and kaiseki-style cooked food restaurant in Taipei. One course includes tuna and sea urchin sushi, hoe, fried items, and grilled dishes, with ankimo ice cream counted as a signature menu item. The course is divided into two tiers, and the upper tier differs in the cuts of hoe and adds one small shark fin dish. The pace of serving is on the slow side.
