Taipei’s Warren Matou sits where the Tamsui River meets the sea and has an observation point for sunset views. From there, you can look west at the evening sky with Yeon-in-ui Dali and streetlights in the background. You can reach it by ferry from the pier near Tamsui Station or by taking the R26 bus to its terminal. The trip from Tamsui Station takes about 30 minutes, and buses run frequently.
