Baroque Garden sits at the center of the former Songshan Tobacco Factory in Taipei's Songshan Cultural and Creative Park. The garden is symmetrical, with a rectangular layout, a circular central fountain, and triangular ponds at the four corners, and the central fountain is designed as a three-tiered champagne tower. It is open on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and is surrounded by exhibition spaces where visitors can rest during a visit. Built as a rest area for workers at the Songshan Tobacco Factory during the Japanese colonial period, it also served as a water reservoir for firefighting and is used as a wedding photo location.
