The Xinyi Weixiu Pedestrian Area runs from Taipei City Hall Station in Xinyi District to Breeze Nanshan. It is a walking street lined with department stores and high-rise buildings. Street performances take place every weekend, and busking can be found in each section at night. Festival events are often held at the Xiangti Boulevard plaza next to A11, and the area gets crowded on weekends.
