Linjia Beef Noodle

Linjia Beef Noodle is a restaurant on Guoji Street in Donghai Village, Longjing District, Taichung City, serving beef noodles, rice bowls, and fried noodles. Its signature beef noodles and shuangjang noodles come with generous portions of noodles, and the shuangjang noodles are mixed with a salty, rich sauce. The beef noodles contain plenty of tenderly cooked meat and enough noodles to fill you up in one bowl. The broth is close to the traditional style but does not have a strong meat flavor.
