Dingshan

Dingshan is a restaurant in Taichung that opened in 1909 and serves yimian, huntun noodles, meatballs, and dumplings. The yimian has a non-sweet zhajiangmian flavor, and huntun is sold as well. The space is small but clean and comfortable. The huntun portion is small, and the yimian is lightly seasoned.
