Yeontan Dwaeji Galbi Suyu is a pork galbi restaurant in Suyu-dong, Seoul, grilling over charcoal. The pork galbi arrives pre-cooked and is finished briefly over the charcoal fire. A sundubu jjigae with egg is served as a complimentary dish. The dining room fills up even on weekday evenings.
