Ttoi Gopchang

Ttoli Gopchang is a restaurant in Seoul serving gopchang (grilled intestines) and makchang (beef abomasum). It serves seasoned makchang and salt-seasoned makchang, while adding a smoky grilled flavor to its gopchang. Go early to order al-gopchang. Steamed egg and chive salad come as basic side dishes, rice balls can be added, and both dine-in and takeout are available.
