Heungbujeon Nolbujeon

Heungbujeon Nolbujeon is a jeon restaurant in Suyu that has served gochu twigim and assorted jeon since 2003. The signature gochu twigim holds a sweet meatball inside a thick batter, and a second plate arrives while the first is still being eaten. At 4 p.m. the restaurant fills up, and a wait forms even on weekdays, with one case of waiting an hour. The restaurant is small and cramped, so it is hard to drink quietly when customers crowd in.
