Hwangjujib

Hwangjujip is a grilled small intestine restaurant in Suyu, near Suyu Station in Seoul, operating since 1980. It serves sun-gopchang alongside mixed gopchang with daechang and yeomtong, plus bokkeum-bap, with buchu and aged kimchi on the side. Staff grill the gopchang directly on a cast-iron griddle until crisp, and the rendered fat is collected separately to eat with a spoon before finishing with bokkeum-bap. The shop is small, so there is a wait and parking is difficult.
