Taebaek Charcoal Grill Galbi

Taebaek Sutbul Galbi is a restaurant in Seoul that grills pork galbi and beef galbi over charcoal. It marinates the pork galbi and beef galbi in a sweet old-style sauce and also serves saeng galbi. The basic side dishes include cheongpomuk muchim, and seonji guk is served alongside with a strong meat aroma. The pork galbi marinade is on the sweet side.
