Suyu Ramen

Suyu Ramen is a Japanese-style ramen shop behind the Kyobo Book Centre at Suyu Station in Seoul. It serves tonkotsu ramen, tan tan men, and a chashu rice bowl set, with the chashu cut thick and lightly grilled. Orders are placed on a self-service machine that offers three languages, including English, and rice can be added at no charge, with barley tea available on a self-service basis. The ramen prices are on the high side.
