Suyu Gopchang Daechan Sikdang

Suyu Gopchang Daechan Sikdang is a gopchang grill restaurant in Suyu, Seoul, that grills gopchang, daechang, and makchang. The daechang and gopchang are par-cooked or grilled before serving, so they can be eaten right away, and diners choose from several sauces including myeongnan sauce. The restaurant serves many banchan and naengmyeon alongside the grill, and at lunch it offers doenjang jjigae and jjageuli.
