Moggolmog

Mokgolmok is a grilled-meat restaurant near Suyu Station in Seoul that cooks pork collar and samgyeopsal. Staff grill the meat and it is eaten dipped in chunjang or salt, with somyeon doenjang jjigae and grape highball on the side. The grape highball uses slightly frozen geobong grapes instead of ice. The pork collar is tender and tastes good with only salt, and most of the sauces and side dishes are made in-house.
