Midoin Suyu is a restaurant near Suyu Station in Seoul that serves Japanese-style steak, rice bowls, and ramen. The steak rice bowl is crisp on the outside and soft inside, and the rose fresh noodles pasta and gopchang daechang rice bowl can be ordered as well. On weekdays the restaurant can be entered without waiting, but at lunchtime the waiting number is very long and the dining room fills quickly. The rice bowl seasoning is on the salty side.
