Joy Yeontan Suyu Branch

Joy Yeontan Suyu is a charcoal grill restaurant in Seoul that grills Jeju pork and pork skin over charcoal. Thick cuts are par-grilled, then staff cut and cook them, served with myeongnanjeot, meljeot, wasabi and mustard sauce. Ordering three portions comes with a complimentary haejang ramen containing kimchi and bean sprouts, plus myeongnanjeot, and the sotbap takes over ten minutes to cook so it must be ordered in advance. The meat is tough and dry.
