Jangso Gopchang

Jangso Gopchang is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that grills gopchang and daechang. The owner grills the gopchang directly and cuts it into long pieces so the filling does not fall out. Raw liver and cheonyeop are served as a complimentary dish, and on weekends when Majangdong Market is closed the raw liver is likely unavailable. The building's shared toilet smells and has no hand soap.
