Hongdukkae Sonkalguksu is a noodle shop inside Banghak-dong Dokkaebi Market in Seoul, serving anchovy kalguksu and red bean kalguksu. Its signature preparation uses chewy noodles in a rich anchovy broth. Cash payment is required, and the dadeugi is very spicy. The broth is occasionally served light.
