Gyeop is a meat restaurant in Seoul that serves lamb, samgyeopsal, and pork skin. Staff grill the meat at the table, and the Gyeop Makase course includes yukhoe, lamb chops, samgyeopsal, pork skin, and doenjang porridge. The restaurant sits not far from Suyu Station and is split across the first and second floors. You can put your name down for a wait at a machine in front of the store, parking is available only for some, and the first floor is built around home-bar-style tables rather than standard ones.
