Daegu Banyawol Makchang Ui Branch is a makchang (beef abomasum) restaurant near Gauri Station in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul. The makchang is aged with fruit and most of the fat is removed before grilling, so it comes out without an odor. The makchang is partially cooked to 70 percent and cut before serving, and a glass of slush soju is poured when soju is ordered. The restroom is outside, and customers need to take the key with them.
